Sales Policy
I require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a chinchilla.
I will Place a Chinchilla on "Hold" for 14 days if a deposit is not received or other arrangements have not be made the Chinchilla will go back up for sale.
Deposit may be paid by Check, Moneyorder, or Papal.
Remaining balance can be paid at anytime before pick up, or at pick-up/delivery; however if paying with a check or money order in whole or in part, the payment must arrive and be cashed no less than 14 days prior to pickup/delivery.
Should the buyer back out of the sale for any reason any money paid, except the original deposit, shall be refunded within 7 days.
We accept paypal payments for our chinchillas and deposits. We are paypal verified.
**Any chinchilla that is sold by us as a pet only will be sold on a non breeding contract. Chinchillas will be sold as pets only based on age, weight, confirmation, etc.

*I have the right to refuse the sale of any of my animals to any customer if I feel it's in the best interest of that animal.*
